Why was my valid credit card declined when I placed my order?

If you received an error message after entering your valid credit card information, it may be because your billing name or address does not match the information on your credit card statement.
For your order to be processed, this information must be exactly the same.
In the Billing Information page, enter the address that appears on your current credit card billing statement.
If this does not resolve the issue, you may wish to contact your credit card company for further assistance.
