How do I germinate my seeds? What's the best way?

The best germination technique is
placing the seeds on moist paper towels on a plate, put another layer
of moist paper towels on top of them. And cover it all up with another
plate upsidedown. Remove the upper plate every 12 hours, and lift up
the top paper towels, so you will see how they are gowing, and for
letting oxygen in (you won't want those seeds to rot). Make sure you
handle the little white roots with care.
